Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any products once sold.

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

• You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return (if eligible).

If the gift wasn’t marked as a gift, or the order was sent to the giver’s address, the refund (if applicable) will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

• Since we have a no return policy, we do not accept items sent back to us without prior approval.
• If a return is approved in rare cases (e.g. damaged product), you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.
